A MYO alumnus, Samantha Gioia pursued her love of music into her college career and beyond. She received her degree from The Aaron Copland School of Music in Queens and has since started teaching chorus at St. Francis Preparatory. There she has developed her passion and skills not just for music, but for teaching as well. Her goal is to bring the joy of music to every child and to do so through any instrument, or voice! In her earlier years, she studied piano and violin, but has since branched out to include bass guitar, alto saxophone, and banjo! No matter the instrument, and no matter the child, Samantha is determined to create the best learning experience for every one of her students.
